The Center maintains an extensive collection of digital spatial data for shared use by UNC Charlotte faculty, staff and students. This data is available through the university's network drive system. Web GIS Services
The center operates a large Web Map and GIS Services site that is used to serve data layers to NC OneMap and the National Map, support Web Map and Web Feature Services and store large datasets in ArcSDE databases. Custom mapping and GIS Services projects can be created by Center staff to support grant and contract projects.
